My idea behind this design was a unicorn/zebra mix with no horn but a natural ability to control and generate electricity. The blue is my favorite part as I based it on the glow given off by very intense levels of radiation, such as in a nuclear reactor meltdown! if she doesn’t sell I might keep her lol
