Wyatt Miller is a decently average guy living in the United States during the late 2010's. He has a decent account on a video publishing platform. He and his girlfriend currently live with his girlfriend's parents while saving money for their own place. Pretty much him making the videos and the gf working is getting them closer to their dream.

Well, while Wyatt was looking for his next game to do a playthrough of. He stumbled across a bizarre video. Which was a playthrough of a very particular game. The recently released, unfinished works of the now deceased Clarisse Moulin. Ms. Moulin was a pretty well known writer. She was very known for her story called "Lullaby for the Moon Queen." Though Wyatt doesn't really know the story, since he hasn't really been too interested.

But the game... was odd. The title of that playthrough, which was posted a few months ago. Titled "Moon King's Song: Cursed Game?" Was a decent 2 hour playthrough. But Wyatt's attention went through the comments. A lot of them were odd. Being like

"Man, where are you?" and

"You haven't posted since this vid." And such. Wyatt's curiosity was peaked. But that's when a particular comment caught his eye.

It read:
"Yo, did you hear that voice near the end?" It seemed there was a general theme of people hearing a mysterious voice during the playthrough.

Wyatt didn't want to spoil himself on the game, but when he went to find the game on the game store website. He was perplexed on why it was seemingly gone. Even game discussions were gone.

Thus began his quest to get a copy of the game, his curiosity too strong.

Now Clarisse... I think I have a lot of her lore down.

Well, she is from the Original Timeline. Her story about S.Y. was most likely a retelling she heard from S.Y. herself.

Clarisse is not human. In fact, she is a Dian. Though why she died is unknown. But it was most likely that her version of S.Y. died in Cursed Line. And thus took the author's life. Clarisse died before being able to return home. Her knowledge of "him"... Would be lost.
