These markings will be on a full character.In the story I am putting together, there was a being called Deus. Who was an ancient Elder Dragon that came from the East. In old texts, it was said that exiles from the East were saved in the Abyss by Deus and even granted those he deemed worthy to use his magic. Those people were called "Apostles of Deus".
The marks on the body that are here, are the rough idea of what I want for the Apostle marks to be. Normally they wouldn't even glow, it is fact for the story that the markings are carved into the skin, but to show how the marks look. I made it glow.
Markings are Chinese Pinyin... So yeah...
