My proposal for a revised Mississippi state flag. The blue in the hoist is, of course, the Mississippi River, with the greenness of the state's agriculture in the fly, separated by a subtlety curving white border that represents the cities and towns that grew up along the river. A white magnolia blossom dominate the fly of the flag.
