So when the Party Hat Wurmple was released in Pokemon Go back in 2019, I wanted one so bad, but I didn't find one. Then it was re-released in 2020, and I still didn't get one. I was heartbroken because it was so darn adorable!!! But someone finally traded me one in February, and it was Lucky to boot! XD I had to draw the little dude to celebrate! Loved coloring the party hat!
Made with OpenCanvas (sketch, effects, and text) and Paint Tool Sai (inking and coloring) and saved with Photoshop Elements 6.0
