Description Oh, the old times. This was the original "FRIENDSHIP IS MAGICCC!!1!!1!!11!!" scene. The current one is this .

Ok, so what's the context behind this?

You see, Episode 2 was a completely different episode. So was Episode 1.

Episode 1 was about Shinelight meeting Starry's friends, being the Mane Six's children. Yeah, things were much different back then! Though, keep in mind that this whole plot was developed, like, in late-2021, so yeah~. So, like, Shinelight was meeting the Mane Six's children, but he didn't like them much because they don't agree with his narcissistic views of himself. At the end of Episode 1, Shinelight and the other children were told by Twilight to defeat Nightmare Moon. Yup. Sunshore Shimmer didn't even exist! She was actually created when I remade the series entirely in April of last year (when Jude was gone, goodness gracious).

In Episode 2, the children were walking through Everfree Forest, though they weren't solving problems or anything, they were just clearing through Everfree like the current version (from what I remember atleast). But the ending, well, Shinelight was the Element of Magic holder and the children were defeating Nightmare Moon. By the way, I refer the Star Seven as "the children" because I didn't have any official name for them at the time. The closest I gave to them was the Next Six/Seven, but I didn't like the name since it was literally the Mane Six name of my other next gens and I wanted to make this next gen special.

And if you can't tell... yeah... this is old art from me. It's still worlds better than my older ones, but still. They're all blank flanks too! It's honestly odd seeing this. It's sorta like the feeling you get when you're looking at lost, old media (creepy or not). Looking at old, lost media always scares me. I don't know why! It's probably just a psychology thing--maybe it's like how kids shows I used to watch religiously scare me now. Hmm. Hold on a sec-

*typing, typing*

Ah, I see. I think it's not only a psychology thing, but I think it's the feeling of eeriness. I mean, it definitely does apply here! It's a strange feeling seeing this. A very strange, odd and eerie feeling. You know what I mean? And what's sorta makes this crazier is that, I'm the one who made this! Yeah, it's 14 year old Cookie, but still! I mean, one of the factors I've seen is "fear of the unknown". I literally know everything about this! This wasn't even made that long ago! Anyways, there's also something about, like, people thinking that lost media is lost because of a creepy reason. Kids shows actually have the same feeling, though it's more of so the weird feeling of seeing something you've seen again but older. Also, this feeling not only applies to images, shows, movies, whatever, it also applies to song. Unreleased songs also feel weird for me, so I'm pretty sure it's just the feeling of eerieness and wondering the reason why it got unreleased or lost.

Wait-
Did I just get into a tangent there? Shoot. Typical Cookie, huh? Well, at least you learned why do we feel this way towards lost media! At least I do. I'm a wimp.
