and here is the custom! the truth is that the design ended up convincing me more after painting it, especially for the jacket and the socks with ocean print, and I did not get the idea that those tails? of the original pokemon here would be like hair extensions and she can control it, and she can doing some waterbending like a lapis (that's why it's a legendary pokemon and blah blah) but! those are my idea hehehe
