Description
And say hello to yet another OC of mine: Oreo! Hailing from the same universe as Gwen, Oreo was a vigilante turned teacher for Winchester Academy. She spent close to 5 years kicking ass in Canora Klau (nowadays called New Boston) and figured it was time to hang up the cape (or scarf in this case) as the Bunny Hero Lapin to train the next generation of heroes! Also done by the lovely Linnie Stiles!
----
Full Name: Orianne ‘Oreo’ Plantier
Age: 25
Class: Physical Education, Health, and Nutrition
Hero Name: Lapin
DOB: July 1st 2245
Birthplace: New Boston, Mass.
Hero Agency: CK-Fireside Agency (Located in New England)
Height: 5’1’’
Eyes: Grey-blue
Hair Color: Brown (dyed Orange)
General Behavior: Orianne is a bubbly and energetic character which has helped her to survive both a tragic childhood and punches to the gut from many a supervillain. She’s sensitive to the needs of those and thanks in part to her quirk finds herself unable to sit still in one place without getting up to accomplish a new task. She’s an animated and emotionally projecting character, showing her eagerness by bouncing foot to foot or her anxiousness by an aggressively quick foot tapping. Living by the motto of an open book, she’s willing to show her deepest secrets to prove that she’s a reliable and upstanding individual... with a bit of an adventurous streak.
Hobbies: Streaming, Video games, baking, healthy living and exercising
Likes: Baking, diabetically sweet treats, stuffed animals, her pet cactus ‘Peter’, video games, long scarves
Backstory: Orianne was born to an upper class New England family, the Plantiers, who have old money from wineries back in the western parts of France. However, early in her life, Orianne was constantly dropped off at her grandparents as her parents drifted apart from one another. When she was 5 she ran away from home, her quirk manifesting as she was able to cover the distance to her grandparents home half the state over in well under a couple of hours. From then she never looked back...
Coming from a broken household and a lifetime of stigmatization, Orianne found a new family with her elderly grandparents and a group of ruffian-vigilantes called the Champions who prided themselves on protecting the Boston Metropolitan region. With the Champions she proved to be a useful scout and rescue hero and tussled with her own share of street-level and city-level villains. Balancing the life of a college student and a vigilante proved to be too much for Oreo and for a while she gave up being a local hero in favor of pursuing a way to help others cultivate healthy living and positive thinking for themselves. Graduating from CK University with a dual degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition, Oreo was able to bounce back into the hero scene for a while before finding herself employed by Winchester University. Seeing the divided school as a way to practice what she learned as both a vigilante and a hero, she’s in for an adventure that can’t be solved by simply running fast and punching faster.
When she’s not teaching or chasing after supervillains, she runs a podcast and streaming channel called ‘The Very Smart Oreo’ where she plays games, gives health and nutrition advice, baking recipes, and discusses current events. Since she started back in 2264 she’s grown to a healthy 412, 000 subscribers.

Quirk:
Name: Blitz Bunny
Type: (Mutant)
Practical uses: Search and Rescue Operations, thwarting vehicular robbery
Short description: Orianne’s body has mutated to become more rabbit like in appearance and structure
Long description: Long description: Orianne’s body possesses much of the characteristics of a rabbit allowing her superhuman agility and speed.
Across the tops of her feet, lower thighs, collar, wrists, and ears Orianne has small tufts of snow-white hair akin to the fur of a rabbit as well as oversized feet and long, slender ears. Orianne’s quirk gives her surprisingly durable and powerful legs that allow her to maintain speeds of up to 50mph in short bursts of 15-20 minute intervals (but more readily useful in shorter, quicker bursts). In addition, she is able to leap to extraordinary heights, capable of performing standing jumps of up to 25 feet and running jumps in excess of 40-50 feet lengthwise unassisted. Her skeleton and muscular system have evolved in order to provide hyper-dense and semi-elastic muscles that allow for her superhuman jumps and speed without wear and tear on her body as well as broken bones when landing from her higher than average jumps
Drawbacks: Orianne’s quirk is incredibly energy consuming and as such she is always in need of high-calorie, highly nutritious foods in order to maintain her energy supply. Without it, use of her powers leaves her feeling dizzy and lethargic to the point of narcolepsy. On the other hand, consistent use of her power can leave her fatigued, lead to unhealthy weight loss from overuse, and a consistent need to work out in order to maintain her muscle density. Pushing herself to her speed and time limits can also lead to muscle damage.
Because of her rabbit-like characteristics, her hearing is super refined and thus extraordinarily sensitive to sharp and loud noises. This has cultivated a disposition that is incredibly jumpy, anxious, and easily jumpscared by noises such as sharp whispers, gunshots, dropped metallic items, or sharp popping sounds. Intense fear can also cause an incredibly debilitating panic attack that causes much of her higher-level thinking to be targeted towards moving away from perceived dangers. This has been relatively controlled through meditation, experience, and her own super suit but flare ups do occur in especially stressful situations. Inability to escape can cause blackouts and seizures from cognitive dissonance and endorphin rushes.
Limits: Limits: While Orianne has worked consistently and thoughtfully to improve her speed maximums she is still limited by her own body’s need to rest after intense exercise. As such, long term distance running has not been her forte and finds using her speed in short intervals of 60-120 seconds more favorable than longer runs at slower speeds.
While Orianne can jump upwards of 25 feet on a standing jump, landing from higher heights than she is capable of producing on her own can still cause damage to her muscular and skeletal system. In addition, attempting to stop requires a short distance to fully stop otherwise she will crash or cause damage to her legs
