During the war, planetary security is increasingly high. There are two types of PAF law enforcement. One is Military police who are equipped to do small tasks such as assisting local law enforcement, cracking down piracy and maintain order. The second is Security Department which handles almost anything including cracking down dissent, jailing opposition to the war against Zeon and executing deserters. As the old guard quickly retiring from service, The Alliance is desperate in need of experienced leadership and they look to the next generation as their only hope but unfortunately it comes down with teenagers and in few cases, pre-teens younger then 12. There is about 5 out of 10 teen that are becoming "problematic" when comes with stress when they take the highest ranking positions at their own risk and unfortunately those young cadets who toke that position have payed the price due to overstress, non-conformity, rebellious and even stabbing the back on their own people. One of those cases was Chancellor Karmen Oslo. When the previous Chancellor resigned and choose her as his successor, he didn't realized that he appointed a Zeon Agent because two years ago she traveled to Earth Sphere for better education and she found one in Side 3 and because she lived in marginalized community in Bernard's Star sixth planet because her family was descendants from Earth. Two years later, she become Chancellor and secretly sabotage the war effort and sending fleets in wrong positions which one of those fleets have went crash course with another fleet sinking 10 starships killing almost 500,000 crew. When she try to subdue the most valuable junior ranking military officer, PAF Intelligence agency wiretapped their conversation. both The Major and The Chancellor where arrested on charges of treason. While The Ex-Chancellor was given "the long drop", The Junior Officer's punishment was the firing squad and as she was dying while sliding down to her knees, bounded on stake, coughing blood, she was mercifully shot on head.

The two where arrested along with Tarssia's unit who remained loyal them are tried. all of them are found guilty of high treason Oslo was hanged in a long drop and Tarssia was shot. their followers where given life sentences at an Bernard's Starian supermax prison facility at Zabi IV's second moon where the execution of Oslo & Tarssia was taken place.

Background & History: Sterling, a fully energenic tomboy who wants to do nothing but exploring the uncharted space but all that halted when The Alliance declared war on Principality of Zeon and there are no one who quatified with position as Field Marshal which almost everyone where killed during The Zeonic ambush of PASF Commerce Fleet at Neptune because the fleet was size of Grand Armada. She has bitter rivalry with Ruby Amerize but trys her best to ease the tensions because The young Sky Marshal's flagship is carrying Sterling's troops, Elite Force Infinity a huge battalion of 51000 infantry, 2030 MS units, 150 tank brigade, 500 troop transports, and 2 highly concentrated uranium fission bombs (only used for last resort) that the impact is twice larger then Tsar Bomba which will wipe out entire Lunar city of Granada . But Amerize pushed her away on every attempt. One day, Amerize literally pushed Sterling off the railing from the staircase of the starship's third floor and several of her "compatriots" witnessed in horror and rushed down to get their Field Marshal. She was rushed to The Ship's infirmary to operate the broken bones two hours later, she is on hospital bed with plastered casts on both legs & arms. Several hours after the visits and flowers and signatures later, she quietly cried with tears pouring out of her like waterfall on a river. Later on Ruby Amerize will try to put the rivalry aside and imminently apologize to her (who is on wheelchair until her plastered arms & legs is heeled). The Sky Marshal pat her on shoulder and gave her plushie Dolphin.

Background & History: Amerize, is Melodramatic teenager who was just drafted into Military during her last year at Middle School right after The Alliance declared war on Principality of Zeon and there are no one who quatified with position as Sky Marshal which almost everyone where killed during The Zeonic ambush of PASF Commerce Fleet at Neptune because the fleet was size of Grand Armada. Ruby Amerize is also hardcore Left-Wing Nationalist and during her years at Middle School, she's been taken strong interests Latin American history, more specifically, Paraguay under Stroessner and Bolivarian Revolution . She also holds jingoistic zeal with intense xenophobia towards non-humans such as Alpha Centaurian Natives but then retracted her xenophobic views to moderate level after she meet a very attractive Gliesian (a race made entirely out of red-skinned Female Reptilians) in which the two had "first contact" in her flagship's janitor closet. She lost an eye on right side during a school trip and was severely infected and has to be cut out with icepick then replaced with genetically engineered synthetic eye. She has intense rivalry with Katlyn Sterling and can't stand her guts that one day, she literally pushed Sterling off the railing from the staircase of the starship's third floor for her amusement and several of her "comrades" laughed as they look down on field Marshal then the Sky Marshal laughed alongside with them. Suddenly, they hear a scream and some yelled "HOLY CHRIST!". Sky Marshal Amerize and her crew stopped joking round and rushed down to see if she's really hurt. They found her unconscious with both legs and arms all twisted in like pretzel. The Sky Marshal is being straightened out by The Chancellor of Pentastar Alliance. The Chancellor is very unpleased but she told The Sky Marshal that: "It's a miracle that she's survived or other wise I could had you court-martialed and hanged." The Sky Marshal was off the hook for now but felt little guilty what she did and really wished that she'll wanted to be hanged. Later on she will try to put the rivalry aside and imminently apologize to Sterling (who is on wheelchair until her plastered arms & legs is heeled) by saying that she "felt threatened" by her because Sterling is "little older" then her, a "tactical genius" during July 20th Pluto offensive while she commands a fleet which she was about to loose one-third of it while trying to give The Field Marshal some bombardment support, always "gained attention" by the media as if she was "becoming more Legendary then Rommel" and then Amerize starts to weep on The Field Marshal's lap. Field Marshal Sterling then held Amerize's hands with her bandage wrapped palms and then the two put the differences aside.
