*Backstory-Rey, much like Mako/Tidal Fury Red, has spent his life at sea. He grew up working with his grandfather on a fishing boat. He's far more soft spoeken and gentle than one would expect given his line of work. Yet he's aslo incredibly cautious and slow to trust others. One day while at sea, Rey reeled in a strange artifact; the Manta Tidal Talisman. The Manta Zord then contacted him, informing him of the immenient threat that is the Trench Mafia. He's intially not convinced, but ultimately decides to become the Blue Tidal Ranger and fight to keep the world safe.
