Description
So I'm done with PAL, now I'm doing NTSC. Just a little different from the normal NTSC test pattern since this has a few elements of a PAL test card (like the frequency bars). Also wanted to use a little familiar Filipino TV network name from this. I don't know why I chose this tho'
