My own little theory about Error-Sans..My thoughts are that Error-Sans' blue lines under his eye sockets are some sort of scars, caused by crying out tears, because he was sad that everyone has banished him and called him the dangerous glitch.
The fact that he forgot how he got into the antivoid, might be because someone made him forget or even suppress his memories.
