Here's a blank template I felt like making. Unlike the other ones, this one has three fill-in squares instead of one or two.

The template shows the ending of the Corduroy series episode, Cute As A Button. Corduroy pulled his overall strap, any Character(S) warned Corduroy to be careful and the button pops off, The same character(S) said "...Pop Off." The button rolls out the window, rolled down the water spout, rolled across the street and landed in a drain. But then, Lisa and Corduroy had a good laugh while the character(S) shrugged and knows that Corduroy is still better with one button.
