Mohiam Roama is the 50th leader of the Bloodmoon Tribe, a tribe that has long been the way of the Elrax people.He has been quite successful with staying away from the battles that the federation have to deal with because of the Howlers. Mohiam prefers to settle things more peacefully rather then face consequences bringing chaos and bloodshed upon his people.
Despite his best efforts, half of his tribe turned their back to him because of his peaceful ways and set out to make a tribe of their own. One that wouldn't follow traditions to keep order, but the ways that deviate from the ways that their ancestors were taught from the gods.
He fears what will happen if this new tribe declares war in the future.
