I got to thinking about Scoots a while back. I remember really liking her character as a kid, and even now I think she's pretty great for teaching kids about disability. And then I remembered how Starlight Glimmer used magic to make herself fly and thought: What if Sweetie Belle learned a spell like that just to help her friend fly for a few moments? Of course I had to draw it, it was too adorable not to.
