She's shown to be hard working and a major perfectionist, to the point that she will beat herself up over minor mistakes. She constantly frets over her appearance and mannerism and prides herself in being lady like. However, she is self conscious over her ears and will yell at you for pointing out how large they are. During battle she is a coward, staying in the background and giving as much assistance as she can without getting hurt. She's terrified of dying.

History: Ruth grew up in a considerably wealthy family, her father being a known entrepreneur. Ruth's mother, Cheryl, had died while giving birth to her, leaving ruth to learn from her father.Over the years her father grew worried about his health and considered handing down his wealth and business to a young and capable apprentice. however, Ruth argued that the business should stay within the family instead of handed onto stranger. She became furious when he suggested marriage,so in her anger she claimed that she could do better taking over the business than any of the men he chose. This claim led to 5 years of studying and proving herself to her father. Until finally her father's health left him bedridden. During that time he gave her his prized smoking pipe.
Some time after ruth smoked from his pipe, effectively filling her entire home with smoke, revealing an akuma, and drawing a crowd of passersby outside. After a very dangerous game of 'find your way out of the house without getting killed by an akuma', ruth was eventually saved by an exorcist. Ruth was then taken to the black order, after a very over dramatic explanation of what had happened.
