Very laid back and affectionate, Static likes to go with the flow and do things at his own pace. That isn't to say that he can't be the high energy cheerleader his species were known for! He's just a very passive fellow who doesn't see too much reason to always be so excitable and jolly. He is a very observant and receptive Pokemon in exchange, catching small things that go unnoticed and being able to sympathize and/or empathize with them as well.

Nah, too laid back for that one.
Do they have friends, or rivals in the team or elsewhere?
Jenny seems fine? However, he’s noted her fear thoroughly and is concerned at what caused it.
Sweetheart had him pinned for a while so that wasn't fun.
The other circus Pokemon really get him… he likes their company.
Anything quirky about them? Strange behaviours, scars or backstories you want to explain?
As a circus Pokemon, Static left the most impressive light shows to support his crew! Being small also helped with doing maneuvers some other Pokemon can’t.
Like Bea, he eats a lot. Yes, I do mean a lot.
He also naps a whole lot.
That doesn’t mean he can’t batt;e. He really loves to battle! Lets his energy loose! Gotta expel all the energy from eating and sleeping!
Could probably be the tiny ringmaster of all of Jenny’s Swarm Pokemon. Good for him.
He also helps with making sure Mayday is getting her needs accomplished in terms of electricity. Electricity feels really good!
