Sometimes when you hold in the anger so long but kept it chained up- it sometimes slips through the chains. Here we have spiritual Nob telling their angry themselves, "She's not worth the anger...the karma will get them at some point."

Anger is easy thing to keep around, but it wears yourself down if you keep it light for so long. Mine lasted for many years until I decide to leave it behind and try to be more positive. But sometimes with SOME people, they just bring out your most ugly self instantly.

Feelings is something for me to process as autistic person...
