This is Nutid IV aka. Satoshi. His nickname came from the Japanese name of Ash Ketchum in the Japanese Dub of Pokémon. He's another Nutid species that has some more determination than others. So far, he's the only Nutid species who has a hoodie vest instead of the typical vest shirt. His outfit is similar from Luffy's outfit during the Marineford Arc.
