Rose is cosplaying as one of my favorite cartoon characters. The character's name is Mia from the show "Mia and me". Let me explain the plot of the show for everyone who doesn't know. Mis is a twelve year old girl who goes to a boarding school in Florenz Italy, after her parents died in a car accident. Before they died Mia's dad gave a present for her birthday to her aunt. The present was a bracelet and a book with the title "legend of Centopia". With these two objects she's able to travel to another dimension with fairies, unicorns, pans (creature who are basically goats on two legs who can talk), dragons and other mythical creatures. In this other world she and her friends Yuko and Mo go through many adventures.
