Here it is! :3 I finally had the time to get a reference together for a character of mine, and even named him; Caeruleus. It means blue/cerulean in Latin. c:

I changed the character's color scheme quite a bit since the first time; now instead of orange, his body is a grayish-blue. And instead of the light blue hair, he now has dark blue hair. I also dulled down the colors just a bit so it doesn't look like there was color thrown about carelessly. He also now has an extra horn instead of the ears. ^^ Plus I added a lot more description, including lighting powers. Here are my previous artworks with him:

And also, he has new and improved anatomy! :3 I bought a book called "DragonArt: Draw Fantastic Dragons and Fantasy Creatures," which really helped me perfect the anatomy and style. ^^ Of course this isn't perfect, but it is a big improvement since the last time I drew him.
