No, she's not someone's OC. This adorable little pink filly appeared in "Rainbow Roadtrip" during Sunny Skies's song where she's sitting on the edge of Hope Hollow's fountain after throwing a bit into the water. Looking at her pink color scheme and her purple tail bow, she reminds me a lot of G1 Cotton Candy, but Cotton Candy has light purple eyes instead of light blue.
