SO. MUCH. LAYERING WITH MARKERS.yeah this is another SCP of mine- my second oldest one actually,, Overflowing Arctic.
basically a dragonfly made of water (it's held together by a thin cellular membrane surrounding them) that can turn biological matter into ice/ice statues via touch
