I redesigned one of her villain ocsNow, Her hair is a pure dark grey, her skin the same, Her outfit/dress is all members of your basic monochrome color spectrum palette.
She's from the Kingdom of Monochromatica, she uses her staff/wand to drain color to use it for blasts and magic in general.
She doesn't appear to be evil, but it's shown from her actions.
