Cello, my neighbors dog, has had a ROUGH life. He once lived in a home where, instead of water, he was given alcohol. He was an alcoholic canine, so to speak. Abused, forced outside, the whole lot. He was rescued, and his owner arrested, and now lives with my neighbor after a long time of treatment and care. He's the nicest dog ever, but you can see the sorrow in his eyes. He loves to lick my hand.
