Ulit is a Lampent that lives in an abandoned house. She lived by herself for a long time, partaking in little interactions with other pokemon because of her bad streaks with the locals.

Ulit's low reputation is mostly because of her affinity for fire, as she has a tendency to create flames often even if it isn't needed for battle. History of previous accidents show on her bandana, which seems to be somewhat charred in appearance.

She always had an optimistic attitude despite her bad reputation. Her appearance in the Outcast guild was more to feel wanted somewhere than to get money or do evil. She can't cause trouble if the point of the mission is to cause trouble, right..?

Brazy is a Yamask who lost himself a long time ago. In his past life, he lived alone in the woods and only went to the city if he was desperate to find food or salvage items. Being the rough-and-tumble kind of guy he is, he often fought for resources rather than buying them. He lived off anything he could find in the woods, although they grew even more scarce by the day.
Tired and hungry, he was forced to leave the woods and lurk around the city, where he eventually snapped and tried to kill another pokemon for food. Unfortunately for him, a smaller pokemon interfered, causing other pokemon to notice the event taking place.

When the fight had calmed down, the smaller pokemon was fatally wounded, and he retreated back into the woods to avoid the growing crowd of pokemon approaching the aftermath of the fight. However, once he escaped the turmoil, he never once looked at himself to notice that he was bleeding out.

His past self is still wanted in most areas of the city, but seems to have disappeared without a trace. Brazen, being reborn as a Yamask, wonders if the smaller pokemon that was defending his prey in battle was ever reborn as a ghost type as well.

He's sworn to find him, if he still lives.

(Despite having a moveset, all he can really do is use his claws, and possibly endure attacks if he tries. He's still not used to being a ghost type yet, y'know?)
