If you were wondering, the two ponies making fun of Derpy were supposed to be Rainbow Dash and Lyra.
With all my new programs and tablet, I might use this as practice. But in the meantime, anyone out there who wants to color it in, go for it. Just give me credit.

Well, here it is; I hope you don't mind that I colorized the background as well; I was trying to link the color to Ditzy's mood.

I started out by combining three different gradients (cyan, magenta and yellow), inverting the color and changing the contrast and brightness. I had originally planned to give each panel its own background but I then realized that, as I said, I wanted to show how she felt by giving each emotional state a different color.

Me too, to be honest. The problem was I couldn't think of anyone else who would be mean to Derpy. Lyra just seemed like the right pony at the time in my mind.
