You know, just because a character has a common color scheme doesn't mean they're a mary-sue. You people have so many stereotypes and assumptions that even some of the good characters fall to them. I for one like this design. =I

I'm going to have to agree with efrejok on this one. Have you even bothered to read the "description/ backstory" for the above pony? It's a Mary Sue in every sense of the term. I'm terribly sorry, but this isn't the sonic fandom, please keep your crazy color scheme, mediocre design, Mary Sue's out of this one. I don't want 'em.

The art I will say is fantastic. The shading, the style, it's beutiful BUT the colours are just... UGH.
They are too bright and flashy- the fact that it's an alicorn also doesn't help. The mane and tail don't match and hair doesn't grow in the way it's seen hair. They should be stripes like celestia's tail/mane in order to work (but who am I kidding, this is OC for a show aout magical talking techinocolour donkies). The colours and the fact that it's an alicorn kind off spoils the character making it look like a Mary Sue. Apart from that, the art = FUCKING AWESOME

heh, while i wouldn't want to make a habit out of it, it does look fun just going nuts and playing with extreme colors and other OC taboo's.
and i have to say, you pulled it off well. like actual neon, it's pretty to look at, but makes my eyes hurt if i stare at it to long XD
