I kind of just assumed Papyrus and Sans were asexual by default, given that they lack flesh, skin, nerve endings, hormones... or any other necessary anatomy.
I am myself asexual though, so I might be kind of biased. I just reallywant an ace pride shirt of Papyrus being like "WE HAVEN'T EVEN HAD OUR FIRST DATE, AND I'VE ALREADY HIT THE FRIEND ZONE!" Precious noodle-bean.

And also important, how can they be brothers or even exist at all if not through sexual reproduction?
If their parents (people assume Gaster as their father) are also skeletons like Sans and Papyrus, how did they "create" them?
I try to bring realism into Undertale, i have nothing else to do.

For one thing, we don't know that monsters use sexual reproduction at all. They're mostly made of magic, after all, so who even knows how that works. Heck, not all life forms in real life reproduce sexually, so I figure asexual reproduction is totally possible with monsters in Undertale. 
And you have a point that they might have magic granting them those abilities, but Papyrus mentions in-game that he doesn't feel the cold in Snowdin because he "has no skin", so I was basing my above theory mostly on that. Physical apparati aside, asexuality is defined as the lack of sexual attraction. It runs on a spectrum - some ace people are totally sex repulsed, some don't mind doing it to make their partners happy, and some even enjoy sex even if they don't experience sexual attraction. Many people who are asexual still engage in sexual behaviour for a variety of reasons. And romantic attraction is a separate thing altogether. I identify as a hetero-romantic asexual, because even though I don't feel sexual attraction at all, I still have romantic attraction to people of the opposite sex.
I tend to identify Papyrus and Sans as asexual mostly because neither of them show any real inclination towards anyone else in-game. Papyrus in particular can't seem to muster up romantic feelings towards anyone, even if he tries (as evidenced when the player goes on a date with him). Papyrus seems to show interest in romantic relationships, but mostly because it's 'the thing to do' moreso than because he experiences any actual romantic attraction himself. Also, he places a huge amount of value on platonic relationships, while other characters are more up-front about their romantic (and sexual) feelings towards each other (Namely Alphys and Undyne, but also at one time Asgore and Toriel).
As for Sans, well, he just never shows any obvious romantic or sexual inclinations, and seems perfectly content with his familial and friendship relationships. Of course, just because he doesn't show them doesn't mean he doesn't have them, but since I haven't seen any evidence to the contrary I'll just continue perceiving him as most likely aromantic asexual.
In fact, the value that is placed on non-romantic relationships in Undertale (and the emphasis on non-sexual romance as well) are actually a big reason why I love UT so much. As someone who doesn't experience sexual attraction, being bombarded with media that elevates sexual and romantic relationships to such high importance (and that ties sex and romance together when they are often separate experiences) can get really tiring and somewhat discouraging. It also creates a bit of a stigma around being asexual because most popular models depict romantic/sexual relationships and so people don't consider it healthy to not have an interest in sex. In this way, Undertale is a real breath of fresh air for me because it places equal (if not higher) value on platonic relationships as it does on romantic.Β
Heh, sorry for the essay. This sort of issue obviously hits close to home with me, so I often find myself having a lot to say about it. Relationships are complicated to begin with, and because I experience and navigate relationships differently than the average person I find them fascinating to think about and discuss
