Description
Looking back at the Mark I model of this sword prop, I have decided to reconstruct it in order to not only make it have a better-looking curved blade, but also when needing to pull out from or put back into the sheath (which will be in work next), the blade moves smoothly. Finishing the construction, the looks of this Mark II sword is highly satisfying and the "experiment" is a success!In finally took me some time of understanding of needing to make a curved blade traceable template and trace cut it out of the wooden canvas board, which was indeed the risky procedure in order to avoid the part from being damaged. owo;
Materials: Wooden canvas board, acrylic paint, hot glue, superglue, skinny pins, eva foam, styrofoam-based cardboard, thin but hard cardboard and gloss varnish
P.S.: Just a sheath to go and this sword prop will be fully complete in no time!
