Description Prior to when I finished constructing an ho scale/oo gauge model of Ten Cents (www.deviantart.com/stealthninj… ) last year, remember when I said that there be a possibility that I work on another character if given such chance? Well that possibility has now become reality as I present my next latest masterpiece: Zip the Z-Stack switcher!

Materials used to making him were the same as I did with Ten Cents, especially the same inspirational references for simplicity, with only difference being this time inspired only by Japan's vintage Zorran toy by Takara (no other characters after him, Ten Cents, Sunshine and Top Hat were created).

Hardest parts of when working on this model include:

- Sanding for the curved shapes for main hull and emergency escape boat
- Face plate construction
- Zip's fedora (first time having worked on making this complex hat)

Just like Ten Cents, this work is a tribute/homage to three iconic legends: Robert Cardona, David Mitton and, voice actor-wise this time, John Baddely (who also voiced Top Hat).

Materials: 0.5cm-thick balsa boards, thin wooden dowel, 2cm-wide wooden pole, metal pins, 1cm-wide plastic crafting pipe, duct tape, acrylic felt, acrylic paint, paint markers, thin yet hard cardboard, clay, styrofoam cardboard, EVA foam, printed decals, "propeller" pins, hot glue and gloss varnish
