This Steam Society original design is made from a thread cutter wheel pendant with a rotating razor blade encased in a gear-shaped device. I thought this necklace was the perfect combination of functional and kind of morbid, which I find appealing and neat. If you are a sew-er, this is the perfect accessory for you, or if you just like awesome steampunky or super sharp things, this would also be appropriate for you!

The razor blade is entirely contained in the gear-like pendant, so there is no worry of accidentally cutting yourself. The grooves in the pendant and meant to slide threads through so you can cut threads on the go while you are sewing a new costume on board your airship or stitching up a tear in your solar sails. Beyond being functional, this pendant just plain looks cool, so don't worry if you only like it for its looks.
