Very nice character design, and fantastic illustration to go with it. I absolutely love the colours and the style of your strokes, and also the places of unexpected hue really make this look unique. Haha, kind of funny though; her name made me instantly think of Princess Ozma from Frank Baum's works. I had no idea there was anything remotely related to that name in Final Fantasy IX. Guess you learn something new every day! (I happened upon this factual tidbit while seeking out the Wiki entry, btb.) All in all, you are a wondrous illustrator. :3
