BALTO: As bad as the place you come from may be, Bill, I don't think I or much of us can do anything about it. It's a human operation and they legally have those animals so it's out of our paws.
BILL: That's the thing though, Balto - they don't have the animals legally! Alot of the dogs in there, even my mate which they once had were stolen! Right from their owners when they found them on their own - like an extreme dog pound!
BALTO: Really now? Well does change things... I'll see what I can do - maybe if I can get news to the rest of the animals, they could help the animals in that lab.
BILL: Oh thank you, pal! I'll go with you.
BALTO: No, you can't. If they see you, the humans might take you back to the lab. Best let me take it from here but I swear it - they will be freed.
BILL: If you do, I'll take of this boat as much as your uncle Boris!

Bill tells Balto about the evil lab where he came from and Balto goes for help. Thinking of starting a picture story around the events in which Steele storms the science lab and becomes friends with Spike, who then starts a new life in Nome. Pretty exciting, eh?
BUT, I might have to get my KyoThor story out of the way first!
