Background / History:
The original designs for the RST (Robotic Shock Trooper) were created by a Taiwanese Tech conglomerate, but were discarded due to what seemed unresolvable hardware integration issues. Instead of being archived the plans were inadvertantly thrown into the trash. A young, but gifted, Taiwanese girl named Yu-Ching Zhan (who frequenty dumpster dived tech companies) found the plans and over the next several years slowly pieced together a 'prototype'. She also used the plans to design herself a 'suit' of her own.
