This silly goober is a very innocent person, not a single sin committed from this fella. In Heaven, he now is one of many people who spy on Hell and leak their documents (I imagine Hell [specifically where Stan is found doing his job] as some kind of evil company having documents about methods of torture and such)

His mother died due to illness when he was at a young age and vowed to not go down her path

oh and yes his appearance is based on sunky lol
