Description

Been wanting to draw Freya again since the last piece I've drawn of her was a tad rushed. I'm personally much happier with this one, both because of the longer time I took to sketch, as well as taking the time to lineart it in krita. Some mistakes, but overall I'm pretty happy with how this piece turned out: It's nice having a digital flatcolor piece out again, I think it's got a nice dynamic superhero pose, and I do like the updated design: As fun as her Valescus design is, her braided ponytail with golden ring while unique feels like it'd be rather difficult to draw while she's in motion, hence why I've made the switch to her City of Heroes-style ponytail (Back during Valescus I tried making Freya as a player character in City of Heroes, an old MMORPG). Another thing I did was swap out the dark blue of her main outfit with a more lighter blue that's less saturated. Overall, pretty happy with how this piece turned out!
