I could work a little on the cookie cups, forming them was a little eh + I didn't have enough brown sugar at home anymore. I used erythrit (calorie free sugar imitate) instead.

Unfortunately, I didn't mix the baking powder very well either or used too much of it, so the cups burn a little in the way baking powder simply does.

Aaaaand I didn't expect the cooling aftertaste of the erythrit to stay in the cookies either which is pretty strange to me. It's like eating a cookie that feels like eucalyptus candy once it's in your throat, but in the end, I don't think it's a bad thing. Now I know that effect can be pretty useful for summer cookies!

Now for the filling: It's just water, a teaspoon of honey (instead of sugar, after making them I don't have any sugar either XD), vanilla pudding powder and raspberries.

I like this very much and the combination is super nice lol. I just need to work on the cookie and it would be a perfect treat.
