The smell of mosquito coils is indeed a summer scent, isn't it? I wonder if they no longer use them in urban areas. In Niigata, or rather, in my house, it's still a staple summer item.
Speaking of which, when it comes to Kincho, there's Kinchole. In the past, it used to be a spray with a pump, not a gas-powered one. When I was a child, my mother would spray it with a "shh" sound over my sleeping futon.
It's completely unrelated, but "mosquito nets" are rarely seen these days, right? We didn't have one at home, but my cousin's house always had mosquito nets, and I liked sleeping inside them when I stayed over. Of course, we would open all the windows and doors wide. (laughs)
