A silly 3d modelling activity I entered to sharpen my skills, in 2007.
The theme was vague and uninspired: fantasy races.

I chose to model a dwarf, because I've always had a soft spot for their stout, grumpy personalities (see related entries in my gallery ).
Other influences were: my fascination for feudal Japan warfare gear and Mount and Blade , a game I avidly played at the time.

It's a low-poly model (6813 polys, 13588 tris), made as if it was going to be used in a game.
I even started to rig and map for texturing, but never finished these last two steps.
