Remina Oguro never wanted to be in the spotlight. Never wanted the adoration and attention from the world's masses for doing nothing at all except being her father's daughter and having a planet named after her. She never wanted to be anyone's idol.

In the not so distant future, a brilliant scientist makes the greatest discovery in mankind's history. Wormholes, and through them he also discovers a planet that roams the empty vacuum of space. Planet Remina, named after his daughter. However, sometimes when you look out into the night sky, sometimes, things are looking back. No one could have foreseen what planet Remina would do next.

Here is an homage to one of my favorite Junji Ito works, "Hellstar Remina". An amazing horror manga about a planet eating world and the poor girl it was named after. Normally I feel that because of how Ito uses the manga medium so effectively in his work, that most of his stories can't really be effectively adapted into film. However, I really believe "Hellstar Remina" would make one of the best horror films ever made. An instant cult classic at least for sure. So I made a movie poster for it. Ideally I think I'd like to see Darren Aronofsky direct it and probably use Clint Mansell as per usual for the sound track. I think they'd be perfect for a piece like this. Maybe Riddley Scott, but I dunno if he would want to do anymore space films after the last couple alien films.
