I got inspired from a segment of the Rocky & Bullwinkle show where Bullwinkle try to pull out a rabbit of his hat and it never work. There's lots of fanarts on DA featuring Bullwinkle and his magic hat. www.deviantart.com/search/devi… So I thought of a new variant, here Bullwinkle who once again tried to pull a rabbit of his hat but instead he got Inspector Gadget who enjoyed Bullwinkle's stunt and ask if he can do that again.
