I got the inspiration from a design made by Keith Kaucher for an article of Popular Hot Rodding [link] showing how the 1974-78 AMC Madator coupe should had look.One change then I taught is using squared headlights and instead of "Matador X" as it was originally marketed. How about AMX? In Mexico, the Matador coupe was sold under the Classic AMX in 1974-75 [link] [link]
It could had been a better Matador or with some tweaks, the 3rd-gen Javelin, hence the title of the fanart.
