Description

This is a collage of the Penguin's history in the comics, showing that the Penguin is not a gentleman, part 5, from a 1944 comic book.

The Penguin bitch-slapped one of his henchmen, the Penguin committed animal cruelty by throwing a squealing dog at the child Robin, and the Penguin burned the child Robin in the face with his flamethrower umbrella, all in Batman #21 (1944) "The Three Eccentrics!" written by Joseph Greene and art by Dick Sprang [reprinted in Batman: The Golden Age vol. 6 (2020)].
