History on the card:
In Japan, this card was released as part of a special expansion sheet available at the 7th Next Generation World Hobby Fair held in December 1997. It was later reprinted as one of a selection of cards included in the Pokémon Song Best Collection CD, released on January 1, 1999. As this card was distributed as part of an expansion sheet, this card, along with Pikachu and Mewtwo are often regarded as unofficial additions to the Vending Machine cards collection, dubbed "Series 00".
The artwork was kinda of dope so I did not want it to go to waste.
