The last of the four Magical Gods. Vortex is the evolution of life, and full of knowledge. They summon storms and portals of different dimensions of many shapes or form; a portal master in a way. They have a bug-like appearance with four eyes, with a multitude of pupils, elongated legs, weird tentacles, and fly wings. Don't let their appearance say otherwise, because they are a living bioweapon. That metal armor is actually a part of its body and behind it, on their back, is it's a portal where the wings, tentacles, and other arsenal that comes out of it. They have control of electricity, and metal, as well as portals to other dimension with their power. There's more that they can control, just like the other Magical Gods. If Nebula isn't one to catch you, Vortex will.
