Personality: A bit all over the place depending on the day and stimulation, the experiments sort of fucked with his head just a little. During his "short circuit" moments he can be relatively dangerous and unpredictable, flipping between extreme emotions of hysterical laughter, to violent sobbing, to an unprovoked rage. When not "glitching" he can be a bit of a goof and enjoys messing with people by running around and hassling them. When alone he'll either make a plan that will provoke any kind of interaction or laze about. He isn't picky on whether interactions are positive or negative so long as he has fun.

History: Born a pauper in a slummy area, Nitrox was taught to pick pockets in order to get money needed to survive. He advanced to thievery and would frequently sneak into the higher class areas to obtain food and supplies from those better off than him. Unfortunately for him, at age 16 he stole from the wrong person one day and was kidnapped as a result.
The kidnapper was a bio-weapons expert and had been testing some new techniques. He'd never had a subject so young though, and doubted anyone would miss a mangy street urchin. Five years later the scientist made a mistake during a new experiment, he failed to secure Nitrox properly as he underestimated the strength given by the enhancements given over the years. Nitrox broke his bonds and snapped the doctors neck before fleeing.
He attempted to return home but was rejected as a monster and was told by his mother that her son was dead. Dejected, he carried on the way he grew up, stealing. Over the years of living alone on the streets he figured out bomb making and found he was good at it. very good actually. It started as a hobby but became a slight passion as he enjoyed seeing lives destroyed much like his had. When the evacuation happened, it didn't faze him too much. He started bouncing between the lower districts as district one frightens him. He spends most of his time in district 2.

Other: Survives through thievery, has an affinity for explosive leading to him being a supplier of fire works and pipe bombs as a supplementary pay source and also for kicks. Really most of what he does is for kicks actually. Capable of jumping up to second floors from street level with ease, and is very skilled at climbing. Has great balance due to the tail add on. Has an extreme phobia of medical procedures due to the years of experimentation.
