Put a tick in the jobs your Neophyte does, and a cross in the ones they don't, make sure your ticks are a brighter colour than your crosses! Remember that Neophytes must be taking at least three jobs and no more than eight!
This is a mandatory card that should be included with every Neophyte Application. There's no written requirement for these!
