Ghostfreak is an ectonurite who used to be in Ben's Omnitrix but in Ghostfreaked Out, he escaped and reached his final form.

And at the end, he was killed by the light.

In Midnight Madness, he came back and resurrected by Dr. Vicktor.

Then in Be Afraid of the Dark, he had more diabolical plans. And at the final battle, he was killed by the "Goddamn Sun" nicknamed by Mr. Goodman. Just kidding. He was killed by the sun when the shuttle was opened by Ben

But then he somehow appeared in the Omnitrix at the end.
