I loved this dude, I had to make a ref for him
I love to imagine him playing with the little cloud lambs, it's adorable
I also like to imagine him using his staff to beat the crap out of people and place jinxes on them to protect his beloved sheep

Name - Cirrus, " The Cloud Walker"
Gender - Male [He/Him]
Species - Sky Spirit[Vulpine]
Magical Origin - Jinxrune
Occupation - Guardian
Guardees - Sky, Cloud Sheep
Abilities:
Flight - The Cloud Walker uses the many wings he possesses to fly through the sky like a bird, or the Angelyns he neighbors.
Mild Jinx/Cursing - Possessing magic with a Jinxrunian origin, Cirrus is capable of bypassing the Jinxrunian safeguard and access the Jinxrune language, and therefore the magical abilities that come with it. However, being a mere Sky Spirit, Cirrus is unable to access the full power set.
Soul Manipulation - Being the guardian of the cloud sheep, it is Cirrus' job to send the souls of the deceased cloud sheep off into the sky to become the clouds that give homes to other Sky Spirits.
Cloud Walking - The Cloud Walker can walk on clouds. He is also capable of swimming through fog. Very self explanatory name.
